About the Role
We are seeking a passionate AI Developer with a foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Python programming, and AI agent development. The role involves working with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and automation agents leveraging state-of-the-art AI frameworks and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI applications and agents using Python, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
- Build and fine-tune LLM-powered workflows for reasoning, summarization, data extraction, and conversational automation.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications via APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
- Work on prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and embedding-based applications.
- Support the design and implementation of knowledge bases, vector databases, and data pipelines for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to train and optimize model performance.
- Document solutions, maintain clean code, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI/Flask, etc.)
- Understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, Qwen)
- Experience or academic exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face frameworks
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth/token-based integrations
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and embedding models
- Exposure to Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and debugging skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to agentic AI architectures (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph)
- Basic understanding of machine learning pipelines and data preprocessing
- Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy principles
- Knowledge of front-end integration for AI apps (Streamlit, Gradio, React-based UIs)
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Other streams are ok if you have done specialized courses.
- Internship or academic project in AI / NLP / LLM development preferred
