To strengthen our technology leadership, we are hiring a Full Stack Architect (Python) to drive architecture, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Full Stack Architect (Python) who can define, design, and architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in Python, microservices architecture, frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.

The architect will work closely with engineering leaders, AI teams, cloud teams, and product stakeholders to define best practices, drive architectural governance, and guide the engineering teams to deliver highly scalable digital and AI-enabled platforms.

Define end-to-end architecture for large-scale, cloud-native full-stack applications.

Establish coding standards, technical patterns, and architectural guidelines.

Oversee architectural reviews, risk assessments, and solution design.

Own non-functional requirements (NFRs) including scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

Architect and build highly scalable microservices using Django/FastAPI/Flask.

Design API ecosystems, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures.

Ensure strong API security, authentication/authorization (OAuth2/JWT), and compliance.

Architect modular, component-driven UI frameworks using React.js or Angular.

Define frontend performance optimization, state management, and reusability standards.

Design database schemas and strategies across SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Optimize data models for scalability, consistency, and performance.

Architect solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP (any cloud).

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Drive automation, cloud cost optimization, observability, and monitoring.

Work closely with product, engineering, AI, and DevOps leaders.

Guide technical teams and mentor senior/junior developers.

Lead solutioning for RFPs, client discussions, and architectural presentations.

Evaluate technologies, conduct POCs, and recommend best-fit tech stacks.

10+ years of full-stack development experience with strong Python backend expertise.

Deep architecture experience using Django / FastAPI / Flask.

Strong frontend architecture experience with React.js or Angular.

Advanced understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.

Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Strong DevOps knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, CI/CD.

Cloud architecture experience in AWS/Azure/GCP (certification preferred).

Strong understanding of SRE, logging, monitoring, and application observability.

Experience leading architectural decisions for enterprise platforms.

Ability to mentor teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure technical excellence.

Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling scale, performance, and reliability challenges.

Experience integrating AI/ML services, vector databases, or LLM-based components.

Experience in modernization projects (legacy to modern stack).

Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and system design principles.

Strong stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
