Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead with a strong background in Generative AI models, agentic systems, and machine learning algorithms. This role requires a leader who has hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions for clients and delivering end-to-end AI solutions. You will lead a team of AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of AI projects from ideation to deployment. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI and agentic AI models.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop and fine-tune ML models, including deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs, define AI strategies, and deliver custom AI-driven solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems that integrate with enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research, applying best practices to solve real-world business problems.
- Drive participation in AI hackathons and industry challenges, fostering a team culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
- Present AI strategies and technical solutions to stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business value.
- Ensure AI models are ethical, fair, and transparent, with proper governance in place.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and ML algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in deploying models into production.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other ML libraries.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
